Senior Creative Lead

Timing: Full time
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

We’re looking for a lead creative to take stewardship of our brand and visual identity and to help us scale our marketing efforts and drive our growth. At InfoArmor, our priority is to maintain the security of our members. We secure the places they work, the relationships they build, and the data they share. We are focused on building a brand backed by educational marketing campaigns that resonate with our audiences and help the brokers who sell our service do their jobs better.

You will oversee our visual brand; that means providing creative and art direction within our product and marketing team to ensure we create visually compelling assets that drive the expected behavior from our customers, clients, and partners. Successful candidates will have a stunning portfolio of work spanning across web, print, and marketing channels (including presentations, email, website, print, clothing, packaging, event collateral, etc). Ideally, you also have experience with marketing automation and are an early adopter of technology and ideas, a team and people builder, and an outcome junkie. We are building exceptional experiences for our brokers, clients, and customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own our brand and be the go-to creative expert within InfoArmor to establish and manage a visual identity that is compelling and drives outcomes
  • Visually illustrate our story using your expertise to develop clear data visualization, visual storytelling, visual design, and information architecture that makes our customers and partners the hero of our story
  • Leverage design to create an unfair market advantage for InfoArmor by scaling our design and leading the company and market in such a way that we are the clear and undisputed leader


  • Provide creative direction to the entire organization and continue to improve our brand and visual identity
  • Direct all design aspects of our marketing assets across web, print, and marketing channels (including presentations, email, website, print, clothing, packaging, event collateral, etc.)
  • Increase engagement and revenue by enhancing the designs of our email, product communications, sales initiatives, and marketing materials
  • Analyze the current aesthetics of materials and assets and change as appropriate to drive the highest impact and drive outcomes
  • Educate others within the organization to perpetuate our newly established brand update
  • Work with marketing and product teams to maintain alignment across all channels
  • Drive a rigorous testing program and regularly report on areas for improvement
  • Oversee our website for conversion and design


  • Proven ability to turn complex ideas into simple and engaging visuals with expertise in developing data visualization, visual storytelling, visual design, and information architecture
  • Demonstrated comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback and constructive criticism, possessing both solid a point of view and a collaborative nature
  • Exceptional graphic design, color, and typographic skills. Photography, motion graphics, illustration, video, and conceptual ads experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process
  • An entrepreneurial and independent spirit with high energy and positive mindset with a can-do, solution-oriented attitude
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends across platforms as well as intimate familiarity with product and sales
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environment, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Results-oriented, data-driven mindset with demonstrable experience in focusing on high-impact activities and driving initiatives through to execution
  • Successful track record of lead cross-functional initiatives, in complex, distributed, and fast-moving environment


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • An amazing portfolio of visual design projects
  • Five years at a digital agency or a startup, working on large-scale system designs, and prototyping experience
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, rapid change, and growing priorities
  • Basic HTML + CSS, experience writing simple Javascript
  • Experience in print production and designing responsive web layouts
