Growth Marketing Strategist

Timing: Full time

Description:

We’re looking for a growth marketing strategist with experience in sales enablement and growth marketing to help us scale our marketing efforts. At InfoArmor, our priority is to maintain the security of our members. We secure the places they work, the relationships they build, and the data they share. We are focused on building a brand backed by educational marketing campaigns that resonate with our audiences and help the brokers who sell our service do their jobs better.

You will help lead our marketing campaigns and work closely with sales to ensure that our campaigns and marketing content fully enable their team. Ideally, you also have experience with marketing automation and are an early adopter of technology and ideas, a team and people builder, and an outcome junkie. We are building exceptional experiences for our brokers, clients, and customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable, effective marketing campaigns to engage brokers, clients, and members and differentiate InfoArmor
  • Become the go-to champion for our sales team to ensure marketing content enables them to sell more; represent the “voice of the broker” to ensure marketing’s output helps our sales team and brokers do their job better
  • Identify and act on opportunities for thought leadership and market leadership by closely monitoring the identity protection industry

 

Responsibilities

  • Leverage email, product communications, sales initiatives, marketing materials and more to create campaigns that increase engagement and revenue through targeted, results-oriented campaigns for our different selling seasons
  • Define KPIs and prioritize growth strategies, analyze data and feedback, and continually optimize campaigns to achieve outcomes
  • Analyze our conversion funnel to identify improvements, then implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities
  • Assess our current enablement materials and campaign structures, and create easy ways to update them to satisfy different business needs
  • Perform competitive marketing analysis and identify and act on areas of opportunity
  • Work with marketing and product teams to maintain alignment across all channels
  • Identify areas for automation and scalability
  • Drive a rigorous testing program and regularly report on areas for improvement
  • Work with sales and marketing to keep both teams heading in the same direction

Expertise

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends across platforms as well as intimate familiarity with sales needs and processes
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environment, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Successful track record of leading, partnering, and influencing cross-functional teams both inside the business and across business lines
  • High energy and positive mindset with a can-do, solution-oriented attitude
  • Results-oriented, data-driven mindset with demonstrable experience in focusing on high-impact activities and driving initiatives through to execution
  • Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating the growth trajectory of campaigns/channels
  • Track record of creative solutions and bridging corporate and startup cultures
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a complex, distributed, and fast-moving environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years of experience in creating marketing campaigns, sales enablement, marketing campaign strategy, conversion rate optimization, and growth marketing
  • Ability to define strategies based on business goals and customer insights, lead with hypotheses, and translate them into actionable tests and implementation plans
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, rapidly changing and growing priorities
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Familiarity with benefits brokers and benefits sales method a plus
