My Privacy Armor

Data and privacy protection are our business

Our commitment to providing unparalleled identity protection is matched by our commitment to data protection and security. These two elements are essential to InfoArmor's business and success. We protect information like our jobs depend on it, because they do. As a result, we adhere to a comprehensive information and security policy that applies to all employees, consultants, contractors, and vendors that interact with InfoArmor and its information assets.

Priority One

InfoArmor meets or exceeds best practices for handling and storing personal identifying information such as customer, employee, or member Social Security numbers, names, addresses, phone numbers and dates of birth. It uses SSL encryption whenever information is transmitted or stored, performs employee background checks, and provides training on our strict privacy practices.

Data Center Security

Our partners can feel confident knowing that customer data is only stored in state-of-the-art data centers (SAS 70 Type II and DISA STIG compliant). That data is only accessible via secure, encrypted connections. The databases are on non-public networks behind firewalls using highly effective layers of security and address-control lists.

Real-Time Monitoring

In addition, our intrusion monitoring and detection systems are constantly looking for anomalies in real-time aggregation, correlation, and analysis of log data from network devices, security devices, and other key assets.  All facilities employ the latest security measures as well as state-of-the-art surveillance and alarm systems.

We never store data onsite or on computers outside of the secure data centers. We never sell subscriber’s personal information to anyone or any company for any reason.
