Data Center Security

Our partners can feel confident knowing that customer data is only stored in state-of-the-art data centers (SAS 70 Type II and DISA STIG compliant), armed security guards 24x7x365, the use of multi-factor authentication systems including biometric iris and vascular security scanners along with mantrap technology providing accountability for each person in the data center.

Real-Time Monitoring

In addition, our intrusion monitoring and detection systems are constantly looking for anomalies in real-time aggregation, correlation, and analysis of log data from network devices, security devices, and other key assets.  All facilities employ the latest security measures as well as state-of-the-art surveillance and alarm systems.

We never store personal data offsite or within computers outside of the secure data centers. We never sell subscriber’s personal information to anyone or any company for any reason.
