When someone calls InfoArmor with a question or problem, the call will not be diverted to an anonymous worker in a distant call center. It will be handled by one of our specially trained and certified Privacy Advocates, who serve as personal case managers working to resolve identity protection issues from start to finish. In the event of identity theft, a Privacy Advocate assigned to the case will restore the victim’s identity.
